Preparation methods:
Laser induced chemical vapor deposition (LICVD)

The whole process is essentially a thermal chemical reaction and nuclear growth process, the reaction is characteristic of the heating speed, the high temperature resident time is short, with rapid cooling, can get uniform ultrafine powder.
