Put the raw materials in vacuum or inert gas protection reaction chamber,raw material surface by laser irradiation, and the incident laser beam phase effect, it absorbs high energy laser beam rapidly after heating, evaporating to gas, it can be directly condensing sedimentary formation of nanometer particles and it also available on the laser effect after decomposition form nano particles.If the reaction chamber in reaction gas, the evaporation content and reaction gas produces chemical reaction, after nucleation, condensation growth after get compound nanometer powder. The whole process is essentially a thermal chemical reaction and nuclear growth process, the reaction is characteristic of the heating speed, the high temperature resident time is short, with rapid cooling, can get uniform ultrafine powder.
